I BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION:

A Declaration of Environmental Impact on the part of the Agencia del Medio Ambiente of Malaga, concerning the Partial Plan of the sector UR11 of Alhaurín el Grande, Malaga in September of 2008:  This being the second time that the Delegation of the Medio Ambiente of the Junta de Andalucia considered this Partial Plan to be non-viable due to the important reasons of a shortage of water and the protection of species that are protected by the EU,

I ASK:

That you include me in support of the allegations to the POTAUM presented/displayed by the Association Pecta Acebuche on 18 of February, 2008 before the Consejería de Obras Públicas y Transporte, requesting the non-inclusion of the place of Barranco Blanco of sector UR 11 of Alhaurín el Grande (Malaga) as an area of urbanizable land and its modification to an Area of Territorial Interest in accordance with its area and boundaries and its inclusion in the inventory of protected land of Andalusia under the class of Periurban Park.
